Glad to announce my grandfather is 90years old yesterday

as my whole family is teochew people

my daddy's side family celebrated his birthday at east ocean restaurant

a teochew dishes restaurant

located at shaw center which is lido cinemas

the food is superbly awesome

think people get married also don't have such food

there's 11 dishes including cake and desert

there is tao, roasted pig, shark fin, abalone, scallop, fish and vegetable

each table cost 1000++

I think he is a very happy man yesterday

seeing all his son, daughter(my auntie and uncle) and in law celebrate for him
during the cake cutting session

I make fun of him a little

because 90years old got to get sabo

LOL...!!!

I made him hold the lighter and took pictures

but who knows

he thought it is a new celebration

so he hold on tightly and refused to return to me

my family and relatives

then start to sing birthday song for him

and surprisingly, he hold throughout the whole birthday song

hahahahaha!!!

thats so bad of me

but he is my grandfather so don't think he will mind

He is so old and yet he is still so strong

most people step into the casket at the average age of around 70-80

but look at my grandfather

strong and still going :)

heard from my mummy saying

that his breakfast is scary

sometimes he ate 2 loaves of bread with bak kua and cheese

thats why he 90 years old and still going on??

think his recipe is ginseng

every month, he will drink those got grades ginseng

aiai and I sat near the city hall area

and we watch it very near to us

aiai bought a pair of ear plug

due to the disturbance and sharp sound

this time round the car is really near us

I'm back to my interest again

set up my fish tank to play again

bought water plants with my dearest at clementi

and 9 neon tetra too

after I set up everything

1 of the fishes turn its body upside down

end up it died

so now left with 8 neon tetra

cousin came over to help me tie one of the plant

spend around 30bucks to get everything done

dearest and cousin said that should get more fishes

My own kitespot my kite :)

it is really very bigbefore they fly up the snake kitedragonfly kite
went for kite flying at marina barrage
was there at around 3plus in the afternoon
it was quite crowded
and can see that the grass patch is filled with people having picnic there
brought my childhood kite down
and off we put our kite up
we took only around 3mins to make sure that our kite is halfway up as the wind was very strong
around 10mins later
our kite is totally up
we were happily flying our kite
and halfway through
our kite actually tangles up with other 2 kites
got over and dismantle the knot
after that we put our kite up again
halfway through the second time
there is this couple's kite that tangle ours
and that girl actually break our string
as the string is disturbing her face
our kite just flew off
and there goes my childhood kite which I had kept it since secondary school till now
was super fed up
feel like giving that girl one tight slap
because its only the string that touch her face
why in earth did she need to break it
I think she wasn't delibrately breaking it
after that
she kept apologising
and off we went home as it was time to get back for our dinner

ate just noodles at suntec today :)

Did abit of PP at national library

and off we went to eat our dinner

just noodles

not a bad choice as when you add on 3bucks for free flow of ice cream and drinks

but still, we lost out to the free flow of drinks and ice cream

Had the drunken chicken noodle instead of kway teow

and my love xuefang had the dory fish set meal

Its quite worth it as mine cost ard 10bucks

and hers cost around 7bucks as there is promotion

but still I think their ice cream is not that great after all

their drinks are nice as the syrup is thick enough :)

A cookie from famous amos :) I intend to keep it actually but it will rot sia so no choice got to eat down :D still I force her to eat half of it because we are suppose to share it :) force her again like never give her freedom. sigghh~our first sushi trip at changi airport. LOL! intend to go walk walk at parkway parade but we end up here eating sushi :D her face classic sia! hahahaI think this picture is when we went to bukit panjang plaza when yan keat work at the fila fair. This picture is actually at the subway restaurant becuase she actually try out with peiyu before as there is student price :) Look at her face.. hahahah! Like preetty sia!.. its recession period now

we can see that every restaurant are coming out with those student meal

or those super deal meal

swensens!!

ate 2 ice cream and it cost just $9.80

lawrence ate curry chicken baked rice

cost $9.80 also because we present our student card

his meal got free flow of drinks

must eat between 2-5pm if I'm not wrong

cost around 11bucks after those added service charge

quite worth it and I hope to go again

Rainbow!!My cousin's design exhibition

Visted my cousin's design exhibition at National Library Board last sunday

Her design ideas goes like this

She told me that in many parts of the world, people still goes around doing their activities by looking at the changing light of the sun. In our comtemporary world, our daily routine is governed by the precision time, rather than light. For example, we eat breakfast between 8-10am(where there is the first light) and we eat our lunch between 12noon-2pm(brightest light of the day) and so on.

While we humans cannot control the time in our daily lives, we can try to infuse a bit of enjoyment into it. The Colour Time Clock represents the course of the day by light and colours. The play of light and colours will definitely infuence our moods and feelings, enhance our enjoyment of each day and loosen the rigidity of time. We can now look at time objectively and subjectively and choose to adhere strictly to the hour or do things according to mood and feeling.

I also get to see rainbow again yesterday in the evening time

was walking back home and I saw it

It was so nice and beautiful

seeing rainbow does brights up my day

and there's actually reasons and meaning behind it

rainbow is made up of 7 colours

there are actually 7 colours in our life that makes up ourselves

and if you notice, the word Rainbow is also make up of 7 alphabets

It was their last outing before their end of year exam starts

It also marks their last paper before they can enjoy their life

Everybody will be heading over to polys and some to NS

Life seems fine and fun for everyone

This time round

most of them got their license

Was out to bintan few days ago

there to be lifeguard

and I was attached to around 250 students

Like its too much

but the boss for this camp company just want to cut cost

and end up they hire only 4 lifeguards to 750 students from Yishun Junior College

need to take care of them and etc

the boss even treat us like dogs

throw us tentage and sleep in the tent

unlike other camp company where they can sleep in the chalet

the boss didn't even provide last meal for us and just tell us that we may go now

But at least one good point that I learn is that

those people there are still in their kampong life

everyday is like a sunday to them and they have no worries

1st day was out to the sea where YJC had their dragon boat race

and it was quite fun for them

but some of the boats wasn't in good condition

and eventually some of it just sank down

got to jump down and grab some of the students because they totally do not know how to use the life jackets

2nd day was out to mangrove swamp where I did had a nice view on the swampy area

The place is just so relax and fun

end up every students will get a pot of the baby mangrove

and they get to plant them onto the ground

some of them took tins of paints to paint the villagers house

as it looks old and tattered

and I even get to visit their abandoned charcoal factory

which I didn't get to see it during my 20years of life

I've learnt alot during this trip

and see that people really comes in all walks of life

villagers there can only get to fish or make plantation to survive

where we singaporeans work daily and we get our food from hawkers

I find that we are really a nice and green city where our MP's and government care

Its really a good learning experience from bintan island

met up with i i today in the evening
was late because of the stupid medicine that my mummy ask to eat
it causes drowsiness and my phone alarm doesn't help at all
was late and yea, feel so bad
was working in the morning today
the 2 uncles quarrel and shouted with each other super loud
until the acting man need to come out and stop both of them
like so embarrasing sia
so many public and students were watching
because one of the uncle was sick and he went to take a 30mins rest
but somehow his timing exceed by 10mins
and both of them just start to shout at each other
fierce sia
but at least they apologise to each other after that
hmmm.. tomorrow will be a movie out with lifesaving mates
hope it will turn out to be interesting and fun

my friend always told me that guys will change their mind

but from what I see, my cousins, my neighbours and my friends

It was valentine's day yesterday

Mine was alright and quite fun

I wish to have valentine's day every weekend

Firstly, went to town with them

and off we went to marina square

because we were deciding for food

don't know which restaurant to dine in at

end up we were quite budget

went to hong kong street cafe

food wasn't that bad and the price was quite reasonable

eat till I cannot finish the food

quite full

before we went for our food

caught this guy and this lady at marina square also

this guy was waiting this lady super long outside the toilet

so we went up to 2nd floor and eye this guy

few mins after we went up to 2nd floor

poooommm....

this lady came out and they hold hand seh..

I swear this is the first time I saw the lady put make up

quite nice though

hahahah...

rush down to the 1st floor and I purposely walk near to the guy

and knock his shoulder by moving my shoulder

He turn over and was shock

he was like speechless

Read and saw soccer news that scolari is being sacked
I was so happy because he is in the club chelsea
I don't pity him at all because he joins chelsea
I can see that its not his fault but his players are to be blame
Soccer news are always like that
Everyone will start to blame each other when the club is not performing
and news would eventually make it more fantastic stating this and that
I hate chelsea because they uses the money power to win trophy
and players always get tempted because of money
now that money cannot win trohpy and reputation
they still try to make news for it saying how great the club is
I find that using the own club's youngster or perhaps get some normal player is the best
because club managers can train them from scratch
when they become famous
the club's reputation will eventually rise
whereas such clubs like chelsea is one of the worst I've seen before
I can only say that they are a bunch of losers

Look at Arsenal
aren't they doing well in the premier league?
They didn't even sacked their managers when the club is not performing well
The board gives them time to rebuild the squad to reach their full potential

I always salute arsenal because they are a club who create superstar

Went to bet on soccer yesterday on the match between liverpool and chelsea

with cousin nicholas

I bet liverpool 10bucks and I won another 14bucks

LOL..but it was straight spent on movie and food

well spent though

at least I enjoy myself

Caught this 3 shows during my chinese new year

I would say that all 3 shows got their good and bad

Wedding Game is just showing how celebrities get married

and how they act infront of us(viewers)

Love Matters is more on like sex that guy always want

All's Well End's well is still the best movie for me so far

It is a hong kong production and they show us

It is so so crowded
everywhere around that particular area is packed with humans
and when you look from the top
you can only see black ants crawling here and there
now i've understand why people want to be tall
because when I reach there
could only see people's head and not the things at the front
kids is the worst
they go there just to see people's backside and not enjoying at all
imagine someone farted
ohhh thats it
I think the kid will faint
and fainting because people at the front farted directly to the kids face
firecrackers was lighted up followed by fireworks
the sky is just decorated nicely with those fire stuff la
and and we don't even need to walk
people will push you forward and backwards
so you just follow the flow
but I hate it quite alot
because i'm perspiring like crazy
like some sort of mad dog
after that it was drizzling
so to prevent us from getting sick
we use the cushion cover that we have bought to cover our head

I know its dark but look at the crowd..Those people standing at the side of the expresswayLook its so crowded. Like ants crawling all over the bridge

My last day of 2008 was actually quite fun

but at the sametime, something embarassing happen

it was too crowded at city hall

was walking among the crowd

acidentally touch a girl thigh

so embarassing lo...

the crowd infront still don't make space for me

feel like digging a hole to hide for myself

after that I turn back and kept saying sorry

and that girl just stare at me with a shock look

and her friend kept laughing at me

I don't know why..

She was quite pretty though

but still very embarassing..

after that went to meet my uncle kim and friends

headed down to suntec for arcade first

and to under the expressway to watch fireworks

I love fireworks

still remember every year when there is fireworks

my parents would bring me to the scene itself to watch it

fireworks can like bring joy to everyone's heart

just so nice and calm

when I was on my way back in the train

there's this young little girl kept banging onto me

and step my ankle with her heels

so so so painful...

she said sorry and told her friends that very 'paiseh lehz'

LOL!!

but to sum up everything, it is still a very fun and memorable day for me :)

wooo..
Feeling so tired recently
my sleeping marathon
find that I say only so far
but no action
gonna take a real long sleep one of these days
always woke up like around 8 to 11am every morning
must make sure I wake up very late next week
hmmm... saturday
went out with parents at night to IMM
after that went to holland village to eat laksa and nasi lemak
can't remember what I did in the daytime
think due to lack of sleep thats why got short term memory

Today
went to swim in the morning
and goodness
reach swimming complex than realise that
my mummy's car tyre actually got a screw stuck there
and the air is leaking out from the tyre
end up after swim
went to opposite of ten mile junction
to mend the tyre
after mending tyre
went to catch guppies with cousin nicholas and my sec sch mate wang jie
not bad thought
quite fun
chasing the guppies and make sure that it is being con to the net
went back to nicholas house and pour it into the small pond at the rooftop
In the evening
went out with parents to bugis to get some chinese new year's goods
the place is so crowded
packed with humans
like sardines squeezing around
after that
went to cuppage centre and off to plaza singapura
something happen there
shall say tomorrow
I love to go out with my mummy
awesome
because there was sale going on
so I just buy and buy new shirt and bermudas
end up when it comes to bill
my mummy will stand there and help me pay for it
isn't that great??
don't need to pay a single cent
alright..
my eyesight are quite blur
gonna hide in my cot now :)

My parent's car at the workshop

The toyota vios that I saw at the workshop

the vios

Drove my parent's car to the workshop today

its actually my granduncle's workshop

located at kranji named Lim Joo Kim workshop

drove there and I saw quite a number of cars there

got sports car and alot..

the owner of the vios is a crazy freak

he actually change most of the car parts

even demand for racing suspension

and change of bodykits and bumpers

he even change his exhaust pipe

crazy sia

If I were him, I rather save those money and buy a better car

can even speed around and get the sporty feel

Anyway, what happen to my parent's car is that

I drove the other day at dairy farm

there's this plastic bag in the middle of the road

actually I want to avoid it

but too late

so I drove over it

and the stupid plastic bag actually stuck at the exhaust pipe

causing alot of burning smell

no wonder la
and my granduncle told me to tell my daddy and my uncle that

its time for them to change car already

because now COE cheap

heard that a not daddy

LOL

alright.. need to turn in soon

tomorrow is another day for me

and I've lack of sleep
